This project involves interior renovation of a government-owned building located in St. Pierre-Jolys, Manitoba. The scope includes selective demolition of interior elements such as doors, detention doors, millwork, interior glazing, partitions, acoustical panels, HVAC, electrical fixtures, and plumbing. It also includes installation of new partitions, masonry walls, doors, frames, detention doors, interior windows, architectural woodwork, and new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. Additionally, revisions and upgrades to existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be made to accommodate building modifications.
