The South Coast Water District is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to perform as-needed construction management services for the District's Engineering Department. Up to five firms may be awarded agreements to provide services on a task order basis supporting the District's Capital Improvements Program. Agreements will have a three-year term with options to extend for two additional one-year terms, with a not-to-exceed limit of $150,000 per agreement. Proposals must be submitted electronically and include a Vendor Information Update Form and W-9 for new contractors.
