City Corporation, operators of the Russellville Water and Sewer System in Russellville, Arkansas, invites interested responsible parties to provide a bid for the removal and replacement of the flat-top roofs located at 3 County Complex Circle and 5 County Complex Circle. The project includes removal and disposal of the existing gravel top roof, removal and disposal of existing flashing and surfacing, and installation of Siplast Paradiene 20 TG/30 FR TG roofing system with Siplast Veral Aluminum flashing. Bidders must possess a current Arkansas state contractors license, furnish a bid bond of no less than five percent of the total maximum bid price, and be able to furnish performance and payment bonds.
