The St. Johns County School District is procuring professional architectural consulting services for the design and future construction of the First Coast Technical College Workforce Training Center located in southwest St. Johns County. The scope includes remodeling, renovations, additions, new construction, technology updates, energy retrofits, grants, roofing analysis, and sitework. Minimum qualifications require over 10 years of experience in architectural and/or roofing design, knowledge of laws and regulations governing educational facilities, experience with educational systems, and familiarity with the Florida Energy Conservation and Sustainable Buildings Act.
