Description
Ector County ISD School Nutrition Department is soliciting proposals for the design, procurement, delivery, installation, integration, configuration, testing, and commissioning of additional kitchen security camera systems to improve monitoring coverage of kitchen and serving areas at ECISD campuses. The project aims to enhance security, operational oversight, and accountability within school kitchen facilities by installing additional cameras where existing coverage is inadequate. The scope includes a turnkey installation with evaluation of existing infrastructure, installation of new cameras and components, network integration with the District's video management system, and operational training. The project covers thirty-seven ECISD campuses, and proposers must submit a package bid covering all campuses. Mandatory site visits were required to verify conditions and coverage.
