Description

C-TRAN is seeking bids from certified underground storage tank service providers to perform its annual tank inspections and report deficiencies. The scope includes annual walk-through inspections, lead detector tests, line tests, tank monitor and ATG certification, using the Leak Testing Checklist (Form ECY 070-69). Initial testing and inspections must be completed by August 31, 2026, with a contract awarded for five years.
