Description

The City of Everett is seeking an experienced consultant to conduct a study of the benefits and costs of annexing portions of the City of Everett’s designated future annexation area, also termed as the Municipal Urban Growth Area. The study aims to determine if annexation would have a positive impact on affected residents, businesses, and public agencies. If positive, the goal is to complete annexation by interlocal agreement under RCW 35.13.470 before March 2027. The solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) open to all vendors and managed by the City of Everett.
