Description

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing Division is seeking responses on behalf of the Department of Commerce from potential suppliers to provide a contract for Energy Planning Consultants. These consultants will assist local governments and Councils of Government in developing Community Energy Strategic Plans (CESP) funded through the U.S. Department of Energy's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program.
