The City of Humboldt is seeking proposals for a lump sum contract to repair and preserve the asphalt runway through crack repair, crack sealing, chip sealing, sand sealing, and asphalt patching. The objective is to extend the runway service life by approximately 10 years. The work includes transverse crack repairs, asphalt repairs, sand/chip sealing on runway edges and thresholds, and crack sealing on newer asphalt. Line painting will be done by others outside of this contract.
