The City of Newport Beach is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide citywide training and development services to City Employees. The solicitation offers two contract options: a five-year contract for Section A or a three-year contract with an option to extend for two additional one-year renewals for Section B. The City may award contracts individually or in combination and reserves the right to make multiple awards. Final contract terms, including compensation and length, are subject to City and/or City Council approval.
