Leduc County is undertaking a phased interior renovation of approximately 7,400 sq. ft. on the second floor of the Leduc County Centre to align and complement existing second floor renovations completed in 2025. The project involves engaging a Construction Manager under a CCDC 5B Construction Management Contract to provide pre-construction services such as constructability input, phasing, and cost estimating, and to support the development of construction documents. Work will be planned to minimize disruption in the occupied office environment. Upon completion of construction documents and final cost estimate, the contract may transition to a CCDC 2 – Stipulated Price Contract for the remaining construction phase if approved and within budget.
