Description

The Water Infrastructure and Operations Branch (WIOB) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (AGI) seeks a general contractor to provide specialized maintenance, replacement services, labor, and equipment for various water management projects across Northern Alberta. These projects include high consequence dam embankments, lake stabilization structures, dykes, reservoirs, and drainage systems supporting municipal water supply, flood mitigation, and agricultural back-flooding. The contract involves responsive maintenance, heavy earthworks, erosion control, vegetation management, in-stream work compliance, safety measures, permitting, and general labor services.
