Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to furnish and erect a 112’ x 40’ rectangular post frame building inside a fence compound below Burnsville Dam. All work shall be done in accordance with the attached safety requirements and in a thorough, workmanlike, professional manner in accordance with all applicable codes and practices common to the trade. Specifications are as follows: Materials, components and equipment shall be of high quality, free from defects and imperfections, of recent manufacture, unused and shall be suitable for the intended use. Particular care shall be taken to provide materials and equipment with long life, liberal factors of safety, and suitable operating characteristics for the severe moisture conditions where they will be used. Workmanship shall be in accordance with the best modern standard practice in the manufacture and installation. The job shall be completed in a professional style and to professional industry standards.
