THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) WILL RESULT IN AWARD OF ONE (1) FIRM-FIXED-PRICE (FFP) DESIGN-BID-BUILD (DBB) CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: REFER TO SECTION 00 31 32.THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION (NAICS) IS CODE 237990, WITH A SMALL BUSINESS STANDARD SIZE STANDARD OF $45 MILLION.PROJECT MAGNITUDE: FOR INFORMATIONAL AND BONDING PURPOSES, THE ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF THIS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IS BETWEEN $300,000,000 AND $400,000,000. AN ORGANIZED SITE-VISIT HAS BEEN SCHEDULED.
