The U.S. Embassy Lima, through its INL Peru office, is seeking a contractor to replace the electrical subpanel at the INL Warehouse (Air Wing #2) at the FAP Base in Callao, Lima, Peru. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Embassy Lima, INL Peru, Contracting Office - OEMs and Vendors: - Siemens and Schneider are specified as acceptable manufacturers for circuit breakers and protection devices - Products/Services Requested: - Replacement of existing electrical subpanel, including: - Design submittals by a CIP-licensed engineer - Demolition and removal of the existing subpanel - Civil works (wall/floor preparation, conduit installation, repair, grouting, painting) - Supply and installation of a new 32-pole recessed electrical panel (copper busbar, RAL 7035 finish, salt-fog rated) - Supply and installation of thermal-magnetic breakers, RCCBs, LED indicators, fuse holders (Siemens or Schneider) - Installation of feeders, grounding/bonding, and connections - Testing, commissioning, and training - Closeout package (as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, test reports) - VAT documentation and compliance - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All engineering design must be performed and sealed by a licensed Peruvian electrical engineer (CIP) - Compliance with both NEC and Peruvian electrical codes - All work must be fully documented, tested, and commissioned with minimal operational disruption - Training and closeout documentation are required - 60-day period of performance from Notice to Proceed - Place of performance is the INL Warehouse, Air Wing #2 (Group 8), FAP BaseCallao, Lima, Peru
Description
This contract is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, quality control, safety oversight, and supervision necessary to replace the existing electrical subpanel at the INL warehouse (Air Wing #2) located at the FAP Base–Callao, Lima, Peru. The Contractor shall deliver a safe, code-compliant, fully commissioned system with complete documentation and minimal operational disruption.
