The U.S. Army is seeking small business partners to provide Fire Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the Offensive-Fires Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager (TLLM) Directorate at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. - Government Buyer: - Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Eustis, Virginia - Offensive-Fires Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager (OF-TLLM), Fort Sill, Oklahoma - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Services Requested: - Four Fire Support SMEs with expertise in: - Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT) fire support vehicles, sensors, targeting systems - Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT) fire support vehicles, sensors, targeting systems - Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT) fire support vehicles, sensors, targeting systems - Fire Support Mission Command Software - SMEs will support development, testing, fielding, and lifecycle management of fire support systems, vehicles, sensors, and mission command software - Personnel must have SECRET clearance and extensive operational experience in Field Artillery Fire Support - Unique/Notable Requirements: - SMEs must possess deep operational and combat development experience in artillery and fire support - Support includes tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for current and future systems - Contract is intended for small businesses - Period of Performance: - One 12-month base period with six 12-month option years (total up to 7 years) - Place of Performance: - Fort Sill, Oklahoma (primary) - Contracting office at Fort Eustis, Virginia

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Eustis, Virginia 23604 is issuing this Sources Sought Synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Fire Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Offensive-Fires Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager (TLLM) Directorate. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis to a Small Business.
