Description
This solicitation is a rebid for the supply of propane for the Louisiana Department of Public Safety. The contract is a Blanket Order Contract to provide propane, including furnishing and maintaining fifteen 1,000-gallon LPG tanks and two 500-gallon LPG tanks at the Fire and Emergency Training Academy in Baton Rouge, LA. The supplier must be capable of delivering LPG fuel within 12 hours of request or provide monitoring services with delivery within 24 hours. The contract period is for one year starting July 1, 2026, with an option to renew for two additional 12-month periods, not to exceed 36 months in total.
