Description
The Montana Department of Administration, State Procurement Services Division, is considering awarding a Sole Source contract to Evolvers Group, L.P. to continue providing application development services for several applications including Signature Manager, B2C, Media Explorer, and LAWS. Evolvers Group has been providing a key developer since June 6, 2025, and this contract will allow them to complete the code and fix issues during integration testing in fall 2026 in preparation for the 2027 legislative session. This is not a request for competitive proposals, but potential vendors who believe they can provide an equivalent product or service are invited to submit detailed descriptions.
