This opportunity seeks qualified firms to perform specialized bridge inspections for the USDA Forest Service Intermountain Region (Region 4), covering National Forests in Idaho, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming. - Solicitation is for non-redundant steel tension member (NSTM) road bridge inspections, with concurrent routine inspections and reporting - 14 bridge inspections required, including all associated costs (transportation, per diem, traffic control, equipment, personnel, safety, supplies, photographs, and report preparation) - Inspections must comply with FHWA and Forest Service guidelines - Deliverables are to be submitted via the AssetIntel inspectX system - Only holders of the Department of Interior/Fish and Wildlife Service AE MATOC for Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, and Nevada are eligible; other SF-330 submittals will not be considered - Personnel must be licensed engineers with bridge inspection experience - Coordination with Forest Service contacts is required for scheduling and access - NAICS code is 541330 (Engineering Services); set aside for SBA-qualified vendors - Period of performance is from May 1, 2025 (planning/field work) through December 31, 2026 - Place of performance is across Region 4 National Forests; contracting office is in Ogden, UT
