The U.S. Army, through the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Knox and Army Cadet Command 4th Brigade JROTC, is soliciting a contract for a two-day STEM Training Camp for 350 JROTC cadets. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Knox - Army Cadet Command, 4th Brigade JROTC Programs - OEMs and Vendors: - Notable OEMs referenced for equipment include Robolink (CoDrone EDU), Raspberry Pi Foundation (Raspberry Pi 5), and Bambu Lab (Bambu Lab P15) - Products/Services Requested: - STEM Training Camp for 350 cadets, including: - Instruction and mentoring in drone technology, robotics, 3D printing, coding, and AI - Hands-on training, assessments, and certificates of completion - Certified STEM instructors required - Equipment and supplies to be provided: - 12 CoDrone EDU (JROTC edition) units (Robolink) - 60 rechargeable batteries and 24 chargers for drones - Arch gates, keyhole gates, and color landing pads for drone competition - Modular arena kits and competition-grade robot bundles - AI-powered robots utilizing Raspberry Pi 5 (Raspberry Pi Foundation) - Bambu Lab P15 combo and print lab education bundle (Bambu Lab) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All instructors must be certified for STEM instruction - Program includes both theoretical and practical components, with a focus on hands-on learning and real-world applications - Certificates of completion must be provided to all cadets - Contractor must supply all equipment, materials, and supplies for the camp - Place of Performance: - Primary: Bowie State University Campus, Maryland - Alternate/Additional: Fort Knox, Kentucky (as referenced in some documents) - Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive, and responsible offeror

Description

MICC-Fort Knox is soliciting STEM Training Services for JROTC 350 cadets, the period of performance shall be 15-16 June 2026. Services are to be provided on Bowie State Univerty Campus, Maryland in accordance with the solicitation documents attached to this notice.  All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. The solicitation (SF 1449) is posted to this notice on the SAM.gov website. Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. The solicitation must be downloaded from this website. Amendments, if any, will be posted to https://sam.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to check for and acknowledge all amendments.  All quotes shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt in Block 8 of the SF 1449 or the latest issued amendment. Quotes submitted via e-mail or fax will not be accepted. Award will be to the lowest priced, responsive quote that adhears to all task in the Peformance Work Statement (PWS), recieved from a responsible offeror.
