DHS CISA Seeks Industry Input for Cyber Technology Services (CTS)

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is seeking information from industry for Cyber Technology Services (CTS) to support its cybersecurity mission. - Government Buyer: - Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Cybersecurity Division, Threat Hunting Sub-Division - Scope of Services Requested: - Cybersecurity operations and IT sustainment for government networks - Threat hunting, malware analysis, incident response, and forensic investigation - IT development, DevSecOps, continuous integration/delivery, and IT engineering - Data management, analytics, laboratory support, and IT service desk/asset management - Program management and project management with personnel holding security clearances up to TS/SCI - Compliance with federal cybersecurity standards and performance monitored by Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Emphasis on experience in federal cybersecurity environments and DevSecOps - Key personnel must have high-level security clearances (up to TS/SCI) - Performance incentives tied to meeting/exceeding defined quality standards - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the opportunity - Products/Quantities: - No specific products, part numbers, or quantities are listed; the focus is on comprehensive cyber technology services - Primary Places of Performance: - Multiple federal facilities and offices, including Arlington, VA; Mt Weather, VA; St. Elizabeth, DC; Pensacola, FL; Idaho National Labs, ID; Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, WA; DHS Data Centers; and new DHS/CISA facilities as applicable
