Escambia County Neighborhood and Human Services is seeking licensed general contractors for the rehabilitation of a single-family residence at 7 Mississippi Circle, Pensacola, FL. - Scope of Work: - Roofing replacement using CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles or equivalent - Plumbing upgrades with Delta and American Standard fixtures - HVAC, flooring (Shaw LVP and carpet), and general repairs - Kitchen and bathroom appliance replacement: - GE range (JB645RKSS), cooktop (JP3030DJBB), and micro-vented microwave (JVM3160RFSS) - Whirlpool refrigerator (WRT348FMES) - Broan hood vent (BCSEK) and bathroom fan (QK60s) - A.O. Smith Signature 900 hot water heater - Hunter ceiling fan - Hampton Bay and Commercial Electric lighting fixtures - Sterling tub surround, Aquatic shower, and American Standard tub and toilet - Installation of 6" aluminum gutters with 4 downspouts - All appliances must be EnergyStar approved and use LED bulbs - Notable Requirements: - Contractors must be licensed, insured, and in good standing with Escambia County - Mandatory on-site walk-through and adherence to county building codes - Detailed documentation, insurance, and bonding required for projects over $25,000 - The county may award line items separately for emergency roofing and septic/sewer services - All products must be like, similar, or equal in value to those specified - No federal funding is involved in this project - All bids must be submitted via the OpenGov portal
