Description

The project involves removing two existing gas-fired rooftop HVAC units and replacing them with two new electric heat pumps and economizers, including curb replacement, limited ductwork replacement, roof repairs, flashing installation, new support glulam installation beneath RTU 17, and necessary electrical upgrades and controls installation.
