The contract includes routine janitorial services for a primary facility of approximately 15,000 square feet and a secondary facility of approximately 2,000 square feet on the same campus. Services are to be performed four days per week for the primary facility and two days per week for the secondary facility during business hours and after hours as directed, excluding County holidays.
