The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to provide daily water operations services for three East Side water systems within Mount Rainier National Park's White River Sunrise District (WRSD). - Government Buyer: - National Park Service (NPS), Mount Rainier National Park, PWR - OLYM MABO - Products and Equipment (OEMs highlighted): - Strainrite Filters (OEM: Strainrite) - Models: HPM97A2SS, AR5TP2P-EVP, AR10TP2P-EVP, AR25TP2P-EVP, HPM99CC2SR, HPM99CCX2SR - Hach (OEM: Hach Company) - SC200/TU5300 turbidimeter - CL-17 chlorine analyzer - Additional required equipment: pH meters, chlorine analyzers, chlorine crock - Services Requested: - Daily operations, monitoring, testing, and reporting for the Sunrise System, White River Campground, and White River systems - Maintenance support, filter changes, system documentation, monthly sampling, and reporting deficiencies - Compliance with federal, state, and local water quality regulations - Coordination with NPS staff and monthly reporting to the Department of Health - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must use specific Strainrite filter models and Hach analyzers as part of daily operations - Filters and chlorine are supplied by NPS - Mandatory filter replacement when differential pressure exceeds 25 psi - 100% Total Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 221310 - Period of Performance: - Approximately 5 months (mid-June to mid-November), with daily service required - Place of Performance: - Mount Rainier National Park, White River Sunrise District, Sunrise Water Treatment Plant, and White River Campground
