The Town of Trumbull Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA) is seeking bids for on-call services to raise manhole frames and covers throughout the town: - Government Buyer: - Town of Trumbull Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA), Office of the Purchasing Agent - Products/Services Requested: - On-call services to raise manhole frames and covers on both State and Town owned roads - Estimated 20 units on State roads - Estimated 40 units on Town roads - Includes asphalt work with specified materials and a minimum of 8 adjustments per mobilization - Town will supply new manhole frames and covers if needed - Traffic control provided by the Town - Services include preventative maintenance, special projects, and emergency/emergency response as needed - Contractors must provide skilled labor and equipment, and have relevant experience - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Pricing must remain firm and fixed for the initial two-year contract period and any extension - Bidders must submit one original, one exact copy, and one electronic copy of their proposal via memory stick - Sealed bids only; no oral, email, or telephonic proposals accepted - Bidders are responsible for checking for addenda on the Town's website - Minimum of 8 manhole adjustments per mobilization required - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - Town of Trumbull, CT (including both State and Town owned roads) - Contract Duration: - Approximately two years with an option for one additional year upon mutual agreement
