Description

This solicitation is for the purchase of hauling and disposing of residuals from the Crown Water Works Plant and, in emergencies, other water treatment plants. It is authorized by Ordinance 1513-2025 passed by the Cleveland City Council on March 30, 2026. The contract term is up to two years and includes the possibility of awarding a single contract or multiple contracts for the items. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on May 28, 2026, and sealed bids are due by June 25, 2026, at noon Eastern Time.
