Description

This project involves slope repair work on Lomita Avenue, including removal and disposal of large tree stumps, excavation and disposal of excess soil and rock material, grading, erosion control, and other related construction activities as specified in the contract documents. The work includes mobilization, traffic control, stormwater control, soil contamination assessment, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, contaminated material handling, tree and stump removal, and erosion control. Bidders must be registered in the City's Bidder's List and submit proposals online via the City's PlanetBids portal. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 27, 2026, and bids are due by June 9, 2026.
