Description

This solicitation is a Request for Bid for the removal and replacement of existing roofing systems and roof repairs at six buildings within the J Avenue Water Treatment Plant. The work includes adhered EPDM single-ply and asphalt shingle steep roofing, as well as interior protection, tear-off, deck replacement, painting, plumbing, insulation, mechanical, vapor retarder, electrical, masonry, rough carpentry, joint sealants, and roof-related sheet metal work. The project excludes work on the 1949 Filters Building as per Addendum 1. The estimated cost for the project is $2,100,000 with a contract timeline starting August 10, 2026, and final completion by July 30, 2027.
