This solicitation is for Natural Gas Asset Management and Firm Natural Gas Supply Services. The scope includes providing asset management to optimize natural gas supply, pipeline assets, storage assets, and operational balancing agreements for the benefit of Norwich Public Utilities (NPU) and its ratepayers. It also includes firm delivery of physical gas supplies to Norwich at specified points of receipt.
