The City of Pasadena Public Works Department is seeking a licensed and experienced contractor to modernize two hydraulic elevators at the Police Department HQ located at 207 N. Garfield Avenue, Pasadena CA. The project includes furnishing all engineering, materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, installation, supervision, testing, permits, and inspections. One elevator will be modernized at a time while the other remains operational, starting with the west side elevator. The contractor must comply with all relevant codes and standards, obtain necessary permits, and ensure personnel receive live scan clearance.
