Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that chromium trioxide from the Republic of Türkiye is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The investigation covers the period from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination. The product scope includes chromium trioxide in dry or solution form, regardless of purity or physical form, and includes processed or blended forms meeting certain criteria.
