Description

The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is submitting an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. This request concerns the extension of the International Mail Duty Worksheet (IMDW) to ensure collection of applicable duties on international postal packages following the suspension of duty-free de minimis treatment for all countries. The collection supports enforcement of new duty rates and compliance with several Executive Orders addressing national emergencies related to illicit drugs and trade deficits.
