Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of unwrought palladium from the Russian Federation. The investigation period covers January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. The determination includes a subsidy rate of 109.10% ad valorem for the companies involved. This final determination follows a preliminary determination and includes analysis of subsidy programs and comments received. The scope covers unwrought palladium in various forms, regardless of production method, including commingled products and those processed in third countries.
