Description
The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to waive certain coastwise trade laws for the vessel M/V FELIX FELICIS. The Secretary of Transportation, represented by MARAD, is authorized to determine the coastwise use of foreign-built and certain U.S. built vessels carrying no more than twelve passengers for hire. This notice solicits comments to assess whether the proposed use of the vessel would adversely affect U.S. vessel builders or U.S. coastwise trade businesses that use U.S.-built vessels.
