Description

This solicitation is for cremation services of deceased indigent residents for the Division of Health, Department of Public Health, City of Cleveland. The contract term is two years with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Health. Bids may be awarded as a single contract or multiple contracts for any combination of items. The contract cost shall not exceed $250,000 and purchases will be made on a unit basis.
