Description

This RFP is for the procurement of Architectural/Engineering Services to prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and construction duration estimates, as well as construction support services for projects assigned to the Engineering Project Manager. The work will augment in-house staff, with additional specialized expertise available from outside firms. The project is managed by the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA). The pre-bid meeting will be held via MS Teams, and responses are due by June 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
