Description

The Municipality of Rural Municipality of Moose Creek No. 33 invites qualified Design-Build Contractors to submit proposals for the design and construction of an addition of approximately 800-1,000 square feet to an existing 1,600 square foot municipal office building. The project will be delivered in two stages: Stage 1 under a CCDC 5A Construction Management for Services contract to complete the design and produce a Class A estimate, and Stage 2 under a CCDC 14 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract for construction based on the accepted estimate. The addition will include 3 offices and a file room, with redesign of existing space to expand council chambers, reception area, and washrooms.
