The U.S. Air Force's Air Combat Command (20 CONS LGCA) is seeking qualified vendors to upgrade and provide monthly maintenance for the Ground Transportation Wash Rack at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Combat Command, 20 CONS LGCA (Contracting Office) - Products and Equipment Requested: - Removal and disposal of existing wash rack components - Installation and integration of new equipment, including: - Three (3) motor stainless steel vacuum systems (220-volt, 20-amp) - Two (2) cold water pressure washer units (2.5 GPM, 1000 PSI, 120-volt) - One (1) auto start/stop system - One (1) remote control box - One (1) hour meter - One (1) black stationary wall mount bracket - Services Requested: - Safe removal and disposal of old equipment - Installation and integration of new wash rack equipment per manufacturer specifications - Full system operational testing and validation - Monthly preventative maintenance (12 visits per year) covering diagnostics, inspections, cleaning, repairs, and parts replacement for all major wash rack systems - Emergency service response within 48 hours, including weekend coordination if needed - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must ensure continuous wash rack functionality during upgrade - Strict safety compliance and operational phasing required - Maintenance must be performed on a fixed monthly schedule (first Wednesday of each month) - Emergency response required within 48 hours of service request - No specific OEMs or part numbers are identified in the solicitation or attachments - Place of performance is Shaw Air Force Base, with work at Building 216 and Building 344

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY – The Government is requesting information to determine the availability of qualified sources capable of providing a Ground Transportation Wash Rack Upgrade and Monthly Maintenance Services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

At this time, the Government is only requesting to know if your company can provide these services and equipment.
