Description

The City of Norfolk is seeking a responsible vendor to provide collection, transportation, and recycling of scrap water meters from the Norfolk Utilities Combined Operations facility. The service is required on a monthly rotational basis and/or on an as-needed basis. Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated in the Invitation for Bid (IFB).
