The Department of State's Office of the Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund (ACN/NDF) announces an open competition for assistance awards to advance efforts in identifying, evaluating, and developing safeguards against misuse risks from the proliferation of chemical and biological Artificial Intelligence models (CBAIMs). Eligible applicants include domestic non-profit/non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, and for-profit organizations. The solicitation encourages proposals addressing all or targeted subsets of key objectives related to nonproliferation.
