The Ivy Creek Innovation Park Sites A & B Development Projects bid includes three projects: Ivy Creek Innovation Park Access Road; Site B Graded Pad; and Site A Graded Pad- Phase 1 & 2. These projects will be constructed concurrently and are part of the Ivy Creek Innovation Park Master Plan. Funding sources include City funds, VDOT Economic Access funds, and VEDP VBRSP funds.
