Description

Community Transit is seeking qualified Architectural and Engineering (A&E) firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for the development of a comprehensive, agency-wide Capital Design & Construction Guide. This guide will consolidate design specifications, technical requirements, and inputs from various agency technical groups to serve as a central reference for internal project teams and external designers and contractors. The contract resulting from this RFQ will be a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract starting approximately in October 2026 and will continue through the completion of project services. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled, and proposals must be submitted electronically via the Community Transit procurement webpage.
