This RFP combines and replaces previous bids for Custom Apparel and Accessories and Awards and Promotional Items. Vendors awarded under this RFP will provide products such as medals, plaques, trophies, recognition items, custom backpacks, bags, and related embroidery, engraving, and laser services. The contract term extends through June 30, 2028, with a rolling proposal process allowing vendors to be reviewed and awarded throughout the term.
