The City of Raleigh Transit Division is seeking bids for the installation and integration of five new IP security cameras at the Raleigh Transit Operations Facility. - Government Buyer: - City of Raleigh, Transportation/Transit Division, Raleigh Transit Operations Facility - OEMs and Vendors: - Milestone Systems (required for Video Management System software and device licenses) - Hanwha Techwin (preferred camera models: XNV-8080R, QNV-8080R, PNM-9002VQ, XNV-9082R, XNO-9082R) - AXIS Communications and Bosch (approved alternative camera OEMs) - Products/Services Requested: - Five IP security cameras meeting City of Raleigh Video Surveillance System Specification Standards - Preferred: Hanwha models; alternatives: AXIS, Bosch - Five Milestone XProtect Professional+ Device Licenses (one per camera) - Five one-year Milestone Care Plus subscriptions (one per license) - Installation, cabling, programming, network integration, construction penetrations, patching, painting, and testing - Operator and administrator training with printed materials - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Cameras must integrate with the existing Milestone Video Management System - Compliance with City of Raleigh Video Surveillance System Specification Standards - Federal funding requirements: Davis-Bacon prevailing wage, Buy America provisions - Minimum one-year workmanship and manufacturer warranty - Project completion required within 45 days from Notice to Proceed - Bidders must be licensed per North Carolina statutes and registered in SAM.gov

Description

The City of Raleigh Transit Division is soliciting bids for the installation of five additional cameras in the GoRaleigh employee parking lot and driver courtyard at the Raleigh Transit Operations Facility located at 4104 Poole Road. The cameras must comply with the City of Raleigh Video Surveillance System Specification Standards. The project also requires the inclusion, installation, and verification of Milestone XProtect Professional+ Device Licenses and one-year Care Plus for each camera. Bidders must submit one signed copy of the bid proposal by email by the due date and comply with federal funding requirements including Davis-Bacon compliance and Buy America provisions.
