The State of North Carolina is seeking IT Supplemental Staffing Providers to deliver temporary IT professionals to state agencies and eligible entities across North Carolina. - Government Buyer: - State of North Carolina Department of Information Technology (NCDIT), Statewide IT Procurement Office - Managed Services Provider (MSP): - Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI) will administer the ITSS Program - Products/Services Requested: - Temporary IT staffing services across a wide range of job categories, including: - Business Analyst - Database Administrator - Developer / Programmer - Network / Telecom Specialist - Project Manager - Service Support Analyst - Specialist - System Administrator - Technical Architect - Technical Writer - Tester / QA Analyst - SAP-specific roles (Business Analyst, Developer, Specialist, System Administrator, Technical Architect) - IBM Cram-specific roles (Architect, Business Analyst, Developer) - Each job category includes multiple skill levels (Junior, Mid-Level, Senior, Expert) and technology skill demand (Normal, High) - Not-to-exceed hourly rates are defined for each role and level (e.g., $30.39 to $189.28 per hour depending on position and expertise) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Open enrollment, indefinite quantity contract with no guaranteed minimums - Assignments typically last six months to one year - Vendors must use the State's Vendor Management System (VMS) and comply with service level agreements - All vendors must be registered with the North Carolina Electronic Vendor Portal - The contract replaces the previous Short Term IT Staffing contract (ITS-002441) - Estimated annual spend is $169 million to $175 million - Place of Performance: - Statewide across North Carolina, with emphasis on the Triangle region and state government facilities

This solicitation is an open enrollment for IT Supplemental Staffing contract ITS-009440 - 400191 028 managed by the State of North Carolina Statewide IT Procurement Office. The State seeks qualified IT Supplemental Staffing Providers to provide temporary IT staff to State Agencies and other eligible entities at market competitive rates. The contract is an indefinite quantity convenience contract to replace the current Short Term IT Staffing contract ITS-002441.
