AIMCo is seeking a modern, unified platform that supports both an employee Intranet and a Client Service Portal (extranet). The platform must provide a personalised, intuitive digital experience for Colleagues/Employees and Clients, and enable scalable, secure delivery of content and services. The solution must support COLE ("Create Once, Leverage Everywhere") so that content can be authored once and reused or published across internal and external destinations with appropriate governance, targeting, and permissions. The implementation is planned in phases with the Intranet targeted for launch by November 2026 and the Client Service Portal targeted for 2027, with potential acceleration if readiness permits.
