The City of Pittsburgh, on behalf of the Equipment Leasing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, is soliciting proposals for a four-door custom, minimum 100-foot heavy duty aerial ladder apparatus. This apparatus is intended for use by Truck Company crews delivering service to the City of Pittsburgh. The project includes the design, manufacture, inspection, and delivery of the apparatus. Proposals will be evaluated based on firm qualifications, team qualifications, approach and plan, and cost proposal.
