The Washington County Public Works Department is soliciting proposals for project coordination, preliminary engineering, final design, stakeholder and public engagement, utility coordination, and environmental documentation for the County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 96 (Dellwood Rd.) Improvement Project. The project involves improvements along a 9-mile corridor within the City of Stillwater, Grant, Dellwood, and Stillwater Township, including pavement preservation, guardrail replacement, culvert replacement, and pavement rehabilitation.
