Description
Sacramento County Department of Health Services (DHS), Behavioral Health Services (BHS), is soliciting applications from qualified providers to deliver ATLAS, an integrated, community-based outpatient behavioral health service model for children and youth under age 21. The County is procuring multiple integrated ATLAS programs to be delivered by qualified providers across Sacramento County. Each successful applicant must deliver the full ATLAS model as a single integrated program, including all five components: Children's Outpatient Specialty Mental Health Services, Therapeutic Behavioral Services, Early Intervention, Outreach and Engagement, and Flexible Stabilization Supports. Partial implementation or separate contracts for individual components will not be awarded.
